Anglers and guides
Cold water, frozen hands, non-stop movement. On the bank or in the boat the bag rides the hip or the chest, so a fly box, tippet, nippers and pliers sit in the pockets you reach for without looking down, and the magnetic gate opens with one wet hand and shuts itself when you let go.
The Sportsman is the angler's pick: 1000D nylon with a water-repellent finish and a double PU coating, no leather to soak up spray, YKK zippers that shrug off grit and sand. The Diamondback does the same job at the lightest weight if the walk in is long. Neither is meant to go under; if the day involves swimming the bag, ask PJ about what is coming.
Rig it on the chest for wading and the pockets stay dry and in front of you. Drop it to the hip for the drive home. Same bag, same straps, no repacking.

Same bag, five carries
Zero the strap once and swap carries on the trail without taking anything off.

Hunters
Calls, rangefinder, binos, a sidearm, bear spray, snacks: everything that is usually scattered across a pack lid and three jacket pockets, mapped to ten pockets and locked down where you can find it in the dark. Worn high on the chest it clears a pack hip belt and a slung rifle; worn on the leg it stays out of the draw and off the bow string.
Black MultiCam and Spector Sand for the stand and the blind, Olive for the woods, and nothing shiny on any of them. The shells are quiet 1000D nylon or ripstop, the gate is magnetic rather than hook-and-loop, so opening it does not announce you.
The Diamondback is the lightest bag in the line and the one most hunters end up with after a season on foot. The Sportsman adds a little more structure for the truck and the stand.
